Tiffany Owens

Making markets and setting new standards

Tiffany’s diverse background in the Construction Industry compliments her attention to detail and pro-active attitude. Her six years as an office manager for a hardwood floor company coupled with her experience as an office manager for a General Contractor have allowed her to develop a wide variety of skills that greatly benefits Black Mountain Properties.    

Tiffany was raised in San Carlos and attended Woodside High School prior to obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In an effort to further her education she earned a Paralegal Certificate from Canada College in 2011. While completing her studies at Canada College Tiffany also became a Notary Public in 2012.

Team and family focused

Tiffany started with Black Mountain Properties in 2013, and has transitioned from Office Manager, to Property Manager, to Commercial Lease Administrator. As Commercial Lease Administrator, Tiffany works closely with the Director of Real Estate, on all leasing activity. She is in direct contact with Brokers, and tenants at all times relating to various leasing matters.

Tiffany has strong administrative skills, and excellent communication skills.

The family that travels together...

Tiffany’s favorite places to travel with her family are Belize, Southern California, and Hawaii.
