Shaleshni Karan joined Black Mountain Properties in November of 2016. She Studied Business Administration & Accounting at Canada College while working with a local Commercial Real Estate Business Broker for over 10 years.

Shaleshni worked as an office manager / assistant to the President & Vice president and acquired her real estate license in 2006.  In 2009 Shaleshni shifted her focus to a new role as Accounting Manager with an IT Company and continued her career path in accounting.

As the Accounting Assistant and Office Manager at Black Mountain Properties, Shaleshni runs the daily operations of the office and accounting, Processing rental billings, AP/AR and collections. Shaleshni also collaborates with the Leasing and Property Management teams to support with special projects, vendor relations, while always striving to provide our tenants with the highest level of service. 

When she’s not serving clients or running the office, Shaleshni enjoys spending time with her daughters, gardening, and exploring the Bay Area’s many hiking trails and beaches.
