Black Mountain Properties is seeking entitlements for three properties located at 814 – 870 Bransten Road and 797 Industrial Road in San Carlos via a Planned Development which would allow the construction of a new Class-A building for Life Science, Research and Development and/or Technology use. The Project will include a free-standing amenity building which is intended to be leased to a coffee shop, food service, etc. type company which will be open to the general public.
The 888 Bransten project is conveniently located adjacent to Highway 101, approximately ½ mile from the San Carlos Caltrain Station, ½ mile from the Holly Street / HWY 101 interchange and ¼ mile from the Brittan Street / HWY 101 south bound on ramp.The 888 Bransten project is designed to be an elegant and desirable building which will attract Life Science, Tech and/or Research and Development users to the City of San Carlos.
The proposed project consists of a six-story building which is set back from Bransten Road to maintain the view corridor down Bransten Road to the SF Bay.
888 Bransten will be a high-quality Class-A building. The floor plates will have a depth to core of less than 60 feet which is optimal for daylight penetration into work areas. Balconies on the front and rear elevations provide an opportunity for tenants to have access to ambient outdoor air.
